차갑게 드실 음식, 데울 음식, 별도 조리가 필요한 제품을 구분해 주세요. 음료와 소스 포장은 가열하지 마세요.

Separate chilled items, foods to reheat, and any components requiring cooking. Do not heat packaged drinks or sauce containers.

따뜻한 음식만 데워주세요

조리된 음식 중 따뜻하게 드실 품목만 가열 가능한 그릇에 옮겨 중심 온도 165°F(74°C)까지 데워주세요. 그 밖의 제품은 각각의 라벨을 따라주세요.

Transfer only the cooked components intended to be served hot to a heat-safe dish and reheat to 165°F (74°C). Prepare other items according to their own labels.

차가운 구성은 마지막에 꺼내주세요

회·샐러드·김치 등 차가운 음식은 드시기 직전까지 냉장 보관해 주세요. 준비가 끝나면 함께 차려 즐겨주세요.

Keep any sashimi, salads, kimchi, or other cold components refrigerated until serving. Bring the components together when ready to eat.

냉장·냉동 보관 — 냉장 제품은 40°F(4°C) 이하에서 보관해 주세요. 냉동으로 제공된 제품은 라벨에 표시된 냉동 보관·해동 안내를 따라주세요.

Keep refrigerated products at 40°F (4°C) or below. For products supplied frozen, follow the labeled freezing and thawing directions.

실온 보관 주의 — 냉장이 필요한 식품은 실온에 2시간 이상 두지 마세요. 주변 온도가 90°F(32°C)를 넘으면 1시간 이내에 냉장 보관해 주세요.

Do not leave perishable food at room temperature for more than 2 hours, or 1 hour when the surrounding temperature is above 90°F (32°C).
