These Terms &amp; Conditions (&#8220;Terms&#8221;) govern your access to and use of the Onool website and food delivery membership service (the &#8220;Service&#8221;), operated by Onool in the Greater Boston area. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-822fc59b\"><strong>1. About Onool<\/strong><br>Onool is a curated food delivery service offering same-day delivery from local restaurant partners, available to members in the Greater Boston area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8086bde7\"><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong><br>You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c1e41c00\"><strong>3. Membership and Automatic Renewal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4b618c18\">Onool&#8217;s membership is a <strong>subscription service that automatically renews<\/strong> at the end of each billing period until you cancel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Billing.<\/strong> By signing up, you authorize Onool to automatically charge your payment method on file at the start of each billing period, at the then-current membership rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Auto-Renewal.<\/strong> Your membership will continue and automatically renew for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. <strong>We do not require your reauthorization for each renewal charge<\/strong> \u2014 by subscribing, you&#8217;re authorizing recurring charges until you cancel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Price Changes.<\/strong> If we change the membership fee, we will provide advance notice before it takes effect on your account, giving you the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Automatic Refunds.<\/strong> Fees already charged for a current billing period are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f2f416f2\"><strong>4. Cancellation<\/strong><br>You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings, or by contacting us at hello@onoolmarket.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancellation must be received <strong>at least 24-48 hours before your renewal date<\/strong>. If you cancel after that window, your membership will remain active (and you may continue to place orders) through the end of the then-current period, and it will not renew afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-20611924\"><strong>5. Orders and Delivery<\/strong><br>Orders are placed through our website and fulfilled by our local restaurant partners. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Onool is not liable for delays caused by restaurant partners, weather, traffic, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c5914cc9\"><strong>6. Food Preparation, Quality, and Allergens<\/strong><br>Onool&#8217;s restaurant partners are independently responsible for preparing the food you order. While we curate our partners carefully, <strong>Onool does not prepare the food and is not liable for its quality, ingredients, or safety.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-791666af\"><strong>If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, you are responsible for reviewing menu and ingredient information before ordering.<\/strong> Meals may be prepared in facilities that also handle wheat, egg, soy, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, or sesame, and cross-contact is possible even where not specifically listed. Onool does not guarantee that any dish is free of a particular allergen. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us or the restaurant partner before ordering. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 \u2014 do not rely on Onool for medical guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-30e38aa9\"><strong>7. Pricing and Payment<\/strong><br>All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at our discretion, subject to the notice requirements in Section 3. Applicable taxes and fees are additional unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current; failed payments may result in suspension of your membership or order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ca5780bb\"><strong>8. Cancellations and Refunds for Orders<\/strong><br>If there&#8217;s a problem with your order \u2014 a missing item, incorrect item, or quality issue \u2014 contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@onoolmarket.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0f2e0a6d\"><strong>9. Service Area<\/strong><br>Onool currently serves the Greater Boston area. Availability may vary by neighborhood and is subject to change without notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1ad56160\"><strong>10. Account Responsibility<\/strong><br>You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@onoolmarket.com if you suspect unauthorized use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3d924f83\"><strong>11. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><br>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onool and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages \u2014 including damages related to food quality, allergic reactions, delivery delays, or third-party restaurant partner conduct \u2014 arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Onool in the [30 days] preceding the claim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e0bc5272\"><strong>12. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/strong><br>The Service and all food, content, and materials provided through it are offered &#8220;as is&#8221; and &#8220;as available,&#8221; without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3ab3fed6\"><strong>13. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><br>If a dispute arises, please contact us first at hello@onoolmarket.com so we can try to resolve it directly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e892fbde\"><strong>14. Governing Law<\/strong><br>These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1838eab3\"><strong>15. Changes to These Terms<\/strong><br>We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
