서해안에서 잡은 신선한 까나리를 소금에 절여 2년 동안 숙성시킨 원액을 정제하여 농도가 진해요. 첨가물을 일체 넣지 않아 생멸치 고유의 향과 맛이 독특해요. 소금이나 간장 대용으로 넣으면 구수하고 담백한 맛을 더해줘요.
Fresh sand lance caught on the west coast of Korea is salted down and aged for 2 years. That's why it has rich and deep flavor. Because there are no additives, the unique scent and taste of fresh san lane are special. If you put it in place of salt or soy sauce, it adds a savory and light taste.
