We deliver throughout Greater Boston. Check our Delivery Information to confirm your address is covered.
We’re not a restaurant app or a grocery delivery service — we’re a food club. That means fresh, chef-prepared meals, curated specialty products, and a membership tier that rewards loyalty with real perks.
We carry a wide range: ready-to-eat meals, meal kits, sushi and kimbap, healthy bowls, burgers, burritos, noodles, pasta, salads, sandwiches, seafood, smoothies, raw juices, bakery items, produce, pantry staples, and more.
Not necessarily. Anyone can create a free Traveler account and order without a subscription. Membership is optional but unlocks significant perks.

Ordering

Orders must be placed by 8am for same-day delivery.
The minimum order is $49.
We deliver 7 days a week, but delivery days may vary by zone. Check the Delivery Information before ordering.
Your delivery day is based on your address. Check the Delivery Information before placing your order to make sure you’re ordering on the right day.
Currently, orders are placed for same-day delivery. Place your order by 8am on your delivery day.
Yes, you can add delivery notes at checkout such as gate codes, drop-off instructions, or other requests.

Yes — just enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Make sure they’re in our delivery zone.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Adventurer members can also pay using their wallet balance.
Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Delivery

Deliveries are made between 3pm and 9pm. You’ll receive a text with your ETA before we leave, and a photo confirmation once your order is at the door.
No. If you’re not home, we’ll leave your order at the door and send you a photo confirmation text.
Everything is packed in an insulated cardboard box with ice packs. All items are double-sealed in containers to maintain freshness from our kitchen to your door.
Take a photo and contact us within 6 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement.
If your order hasn’t arrived by 9pm, contact us right away at hello@onoolmarket.com or call (978) 727-7979 and we’ll look into it.
Delivery is $7.77 per order for Traveler (free) accounts. The fee is waived on orders over $100. Explorer and Adventurer members get free delivery on every order.
Delivery schedules during holidays may vary. Check our site or social media for any updates around major holidays.

Food & Quality

Yes. Everything is freshly prepared on the day of your delivery by our partner kitchens — never pre-frozen.
Refrigerate items immediately upon arrival. Most prepared meals are best consumed within 3-5 days. Always follow the storage label on each item.
Some items can be frozen, but we recommend refrigerating and consuming them fresh for the best quality. Check individual product labels for guidance.
Each product listing includes ingredients and allergen information. Please note that items are prepared in shared kitchen environments, so cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.
Yes. We have a dedicated vegan category, as well as salads, healthy bowls, produce, and raw juices that cater to plant-based diets.
We source fresh, quality ingredients and work with partner kitchens to bring you a diverse menu inspired by flavors from around the world.
All items are double-sealed in containers, packed with ice packs, and placed in an insulated cardboard box for delivery.

Membership

We have three tiers: Traveler (free), Explorer ($12.99/month), and Adventurer ($129.99/year).
Explorer members get free delivery on every order, member-exclusive pricing, access to member-only products, a monthly free item, and Passport Points (1 point per $1 spent).
Everything in Explorer, plus a $10 wallet bonus on signup, wallet top-up bonuses, the ability to redeem Passport Points in the Point Shop, and a $10 wallet bonus on your birthday.
At $129.99/year, Adventurer works out to about $10.83/month — effectively 2 months free compared to the monthly Explorer plan.
Monthly Explorer memberships can be canceled anytime. Annual Adventurer memberships stay active through the end of the paid period. If you signed up in error, contact us and we’ll work with you.
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Adventurer members can redeem their accumulated points in the Point Shop for exclusive items and rewards.
Adventurer members receive bonus credit when loading their wallet: load $100 and get $105, load $200 and get $215, or load $500 and get $550.
Every month, Explorer and Adventurer members can choose one free item from a curated selection worth $15-$20. It’s our way of saying thank you.
Adventurer members receive $10 added to their wallet instantly upon signing up. It can be used toward any order.
Adventurer members receive a $10 wallet bonus on their birthday. Make sure your birthday is entered in your account settings so we can send it your way.

Boxes & Kits

A limited-edition monthly box built around a rotating curated theme. Once it sells out, it’s gone. Paid members receive bonus items in theirs.
A 4-serving kit featuring dishes like bulgogi, galbi, or jeyuk. Everything you need to get dinner on the table in about 20 minutes, starting from $34.99.
Four rotating Korean side dishes delivered weekly. The selection changes every week. Paid members save $5 per pack.
A $49 box packed with no-cook essentials — instant rice, kimchi, ramyeon, cup bap, seaweed, and snacks. Perfect for students with limited kitchen access.
A Monday-Friday dinner solution for $149. One order covers a different meal every night for five days — dinner sorted for the whole week.

Refunds & Issues

We offer a full refund within 6 days of delivery. Take a photo of the issue and send it to us — we’ll make it right, no hassle.
