How to Cook
- Keep the uncooked noodles refrigerated until preparation.
- Bring 6 cups (1.4 L) of water to a rolling boil.
- Add the noodles, stir gently, and boil for 3–4 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and rinse under cold running water for 20–30 seconds.
- The sauce or broth is fully prepared; keep it refrigerated and add it directly to the noodles. Mix and serve immediately.
