What’s covered
You’re eligible for a full refund if your order arrived damaged, spoiled, with incorrect or missing items, or if the quality doesn’t meet reasonable expectations. All requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
What’s not covered
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery
- Items not refrigerated promptly after delivery
- Personal taste preferences
- Incorrect address provided by the customer

Memberships
Monthly Membership
- You can cancel at any time.
- We will issue a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
- You can choose one of the following two refund methods:
- Refund to the card used for payment
- Refund to your Passport Wallet credit (processed immediately + 5% additional credit on the refund amount)
Annual Membership
- You can cancel at any time.
- Since the annual membership is offered at a discounted rate, refunds are calculated based on the monthly membership fee ($12.99), prorated for the period of use.
- The remaining balance will be refunded within 7 business days.
- You can choose one of the following two refund methods:
- Refund to the card used for payment
- Refund as Passport Wallet credit (processed immediately + 5% additional credit on top of the refund amount)
Additional Information
- The refund amount is calculated based on the period of use and the applicable membership fee.
- If you received any promotions or special benefits at the time of sign-up, those benefits may be factored into the refund calculation.
- If Passport at Home detects abuse or fraudulent use of this refund policy, it may restrict or deny the refund.
