[CHUNGMEWON] Green Plum Ganjang (Soy Sauce)
Description
This Ganjang (Soy sauce) crafted by Kim Young-seup in Jangheung, Jeonnam, Korea , undergoes a natural fermentation process with organic soybean meju and is aged for over three years with cold fermentation, enriched with locally grown Nam-go plum. Nam-go plum is a recently developed variety in Japan known for its large seeds, rich juiciness, and high stability as an edible plum.
This Ganjang is made using organic Nam-go plum puree from the cold fermentation process, along with organic potato starch, distinguishing it with a lower salt content compared to regular soy sauce.
