How to Cook
- Keep refrigerated until preparation.
- To steam: place in a steamer basket over boiling water, cover, and steam until hot throughout.
- To microwave: place in a microwave-safe dish, add 1 tablespoon of water, and cover with a damp paper towel.
- Microwave on HIGH in 30-second intervals, turning once, until the center reaches 165°F / 74°C.
- Let stand for 1 minute before serving.
